What to do with the Sitemap text?
For search engines to use this sitemap you need to add it as a xml file to the root of your website.
After the sitemap is generated, just copy the the text in the Sitemap area and put it in to a text file, then rename the textfile to manual_sitemap.xml
Now if you go to your website: http://your_domain_here/manual_sitemap.xml
You should see the sitemap.
Now put this link to the sitemap in google search console and/or bing.
Why is sitemap important?
Sitemaps are usefull for search engines to find all pages of your site and their structure.
This is especialy usefull for bigger sites where search engines may never find pages that are not externaly linked to.
This can significantly boost the trafic to your site.
